Skittles is a brand of fruit-flavoured sweets, currently produced and marketed by the Wrigley Company, a subsidiary of Mars, Inc. Skittles were first made commercially in 1974 and were first introduced in North America in 1979 as an import sweet confectionery. In 1982, domestic production of Skittles sweets began in the United States and from there the rest is history!
 
Skittles original sweets daring flavour variation includes Grape, Lemon, Green Apple, Strawberry and Orange. Skittles are Chewy sweets coated by a Crisp Sugar Shell offering a variety of different flavoured sweet packs such as; Skittles original, skittles tropical and skittles sour. Skittles are great for snacks, sharing with friends, parties or even for desert toppings. These Skittles sweets are gluten-free and gelatin-free. The hard coating also has an S embroiled on it representing its classic skittles name.
